We are continually developing our training App in order to provide a thorough learning experience of the BEEfit principles for our members. This Personalized Training App program features instructional videos, a logbook, two-way communication with your trainer, alternative workouts/movements, mobility tab with instructions on ways to mobilize and clear up motion and movement issues, nutritional guidance tab to keep improving your understanding of nutrition, and more is being added and updated daily! All the information and guidance you will need on your fitness journey is available from our app! (You are always welcome to add some personal training alongside the app to accelerate the journey).
The app provides you with a professional, dedicated, and experienced guide that has not only been thoroughly through the process before–but continues to teach, preach, practice and expand the BEEfit principles.
The app has various levels of programs with different results expected from each. Whether you are a beginner, an athlete prepping for a sport, a bodybuilder, a grandparent, general population, post surgery, postpartum, and everywhere in between–we have a program suited for you.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
After a decade of working and training in globo gyms it became evident who was seeing success and why. Training approaches, nutrition, and programming. Which clients saw the most success? Those that committed to training 3 or more times per week consistently. For training clients, it was essential that we trained in person at least 2 times per week–though as suspected, the more often I trained with the clients, the greater their success.

So train with a professional trainer 3-5 times per week in order to succeed in fitness…The problem with this is that most people cannot afford to invest the $80 per session 3-5 times per week. This keeps a lot of people from establishing good training habits and following a proper program. Another problem with this is the lack of experienced and dedicated trainers in the marketplace.
My solution was to create a program for multiple people to get personal training at the same time–thus saving the student lots of money and time. To further improve the experience, I designed the gym to optimize space and access to the equipment. This makes it conducive for efficient and effective training when there are groups training at the same time.
Our program has been refined over the last 5 years of small group training. We have 4 different 12 week courses that we work through each year. These courses are comprised of 4 week “Periodized” training modules. We modify the workouts for individual needs to maximize the benefit of each session. Each session follows a format of mobility and activation, strength, and appropriate finishing sequences. The program guidance is supported by an APP based trainer support and logbook. This app is your means of communicating with your trainer directly, tracking your progress, learning, modifying your training, training even if you don’t make it to class, and getting answers to your fitness/nutrition questions as life presents them!
The Course:
Aesthetic Strength Training-A balanced approach to strength and physique building centered on classic hypertrophy principles, olympic lifts, mobility, progression, form, and ultimately, creating the most physically fit version of you possible. The BEEfit global approach to muscle building promotes a stable and proportional physique that is suitable for all ages.

Monday-Friday 6-7am
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 530-7pm
Saturday Core Camp 9-10am (seasonal)

BEEfit Teen Strength Team– app based programs available to teens everywhere!

Teen Program (Open Enrollment):
Our coaching, accountability, and guidance program features an open enrollment. This means that we are continually growing and welcoming in new members that are interested in progressing their bodies and minds. Our goal is to establish proper training systems that align with individual needs and goals. There is lots of misinformation and blatant PED abuse out there. BEEfit is committed to ALL NATURAL bodybuilding and sports performance. To succeed in this realm, we cultivate the principles of advanced sports nutrition and training. These principles we are constantly progressing with our clients and in our own training. WE PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH and we reap (and share) the rewards.
This program is ideal for teen athletes interested in optimizing their performance and improving their physiques in terms of strength, agility, mobility, stamina, and injury prevention.
Not an athlete? The program (Strength, agility and nutrition) is still a great option. Being “athletic” is not at all necessary to gain the rewards of the program. The gym is a place where we work on our weaknesses, safely/progressively/wisely overcome failure repeatedly.
Mental and physical fitness are intertwined.

Step 1–Enroll (can do an initiation/evaluation class as a paid trial and $25 applied towards enrollment). Beefit.clubautomation.com msg ryanbeefit@gmail.com to arrange trial class.
Step 2–attend scheduled initiation/evaluation class T/W/Th 530-7pm or Sat at 930 or 10 am.
Step 3– Get app based and goal specific 12 week training program. Also get Meal Guide!
Step 4–Attend personal training classes to work on assigned material at discounted rates ($100 for 4 class punch card) or set up personal training sessions on own or with workout partner (s)–rates vary.
Step 5- Attend monthly program seminars to review mechanics, answer questions, perform ab training, review nutrition, meet with fellow Teen Strength Team members, and go over all other details that arise that need to be addressed.
Step 6–Maintain 2 way communication with coach Ryan via the app as you advance through the program. Share training videos, questions, schedule training sessions, etc–your coach is always right there with you.
Step 7-By week 10, have a plan in place with coach Ryan to evaluate and set up next 12 week plan. (Plans vary in type, intensity, frequency, goals, etc).

Goal: Make a giant fitness community and accountability team for teens–especially in my home area of Skagit County. I was born and raised here and I want to do my part to provide the fitness guidance and services that would have helped me flourish as a youth.
HOW:
-Enroll in program and get contacted from your coach.

-We will meet at least once per month at BEEfit (additional classes and attendance options available).

Attend orientation Saturday class, get your plan, execute the plan (train, eat proper, rest, repeat).
-12 week plan (2, 3, 4, and 6 days per week plans)–you choose!
-3 progressive blocks of training, each 4 weeks
Learning and applying the principles of hypertrophy and strength training will teach us how to properly invest our time in our bodies. The goal of this program is to teach individuals all the principles of training and programming: Nutrition, mobility, hypertrophy, strength training, cardio, agility, and periodization.
We will learn this process as we progress through a 12 week approach to training. Within these 12 weeks there will be three blocks of training at 4 weeks each. The interactive training app is overseen by coach Ryan and students can get their questions answered there and review the weekly workout reflection tab in their app to stay updated. Plus they can attend small group personal training classes at BEEfit for in person coaching at a reduced rate! One saturday per month we meet at BEEfit to review the next 4 week block/form and do abs and agility training (included with the monthly rate). At the end of 12 weeks, you’ll know how to BEEfit.

DON’T BE AN IDIOT…Supplement Recommendation list: dotFIT
You can waste a lot of money, time, and health by surfing the nebula of mass market supplements. Since the mid 90s, there has been no consumer protection for supplements. In other words, they are not regulated. They are not checked by the FDA and there is no governing body discerning contents, label claims, dosages, etc. Hence forth why this is a billion dollar industry that preys on the average consumer buying their products from Amazon, Costco, wholesale supplement stores, and all the various supplement sales from the latest social media hyped PED abuser.
DON’T BE AN IDIOT.
If it is being sold to you via a commercial on TV–IE Centrum, Nature’s Bounty–it is CRAP. (BOTH those brands are sued EVERY year for failing to match their label claims to their products and worse.
If it is peddled to you via a celebrity, especially a celebrity PED abuser, it is most certainly crap. If a celebrity endorses something, you can rest assured that product depends on endorsement to have any value–as in, it is crap.
I tell you these brutal truths because I am tired of seeing people waste their time, money, and health on inferior nutritional support.
As a professional, all natural bodybuilder (Urinalysis and lie detector tests 3-4x’s per year) focused on health, longevity, performance and most of all, living out an example of fitness for my clients to replicate means everything.

All the products are from the practitioner line of supplements that I utilize for my clients and myself. Results and the health for my clients and myself are paramount. Keys to fat loss/weight control
- Know your daily needs–IE daily macro/calorie goal based on TDEE/body composition based macro/calorie ranges.
- Plan to (and consistently) eat 4-6 meals daily.
- Eat in established feeding windows–12 to 8 hour periods of consumption, 12-16 fasted.
- Eliminate unnecessary calories/eat nutritionally rich foods
- Drink a gallon of water per day (If under 170 pounds, aim for ¾ gallon–about 3 liters)
- Utilize a high quality, full spectrum, fully absorbable daily multivitamin to insure against nutrient deficiencies that can cause cravings and interfere with recovery.
- Fast at least 1 x week. (helps suppress appetite, improves glycogen and fat utilization.)
- Consume predominantly low glycemic carbs.
- Eat a balanced diet. 30/30/40 or 40/40/20 or similar is recommended.
- Move every day–TEA (thermic effect of activity).
- Utilize 1-2 meal replacement shakes. (dotFIT whey smooth or Lean MR).
- Go on the 5 and 1 optimal health plan. (Ask Ryan for more details on this system).

Membership to the gym comes in a couple forms:
1-General access (regular monthly access everyday, 430AM-10PM)
2-Small Group Personal Training and Gym access
3-Senior Small Group Training + gym access (aged 70+)
4-Teen Strength Team (Gym access, App, and monthly seminars)
It is $40 less for option 3 versus compared to the gym access version (gym access = you can train at any time you want).

Your new membership gets you access to our gym everyday, 430AM-10PM.
To accelerate your success and comfort at BEEfit, you receive a complimentary group personal training class ($30 value). Simply email me the time and day I can expect you. The schedule is as following:

✅T,w,Th 530-7pm
✅Saturdays 9-10am (Sat is seasonal–informally offered May-Sept.)
As you have read in the waiver, this is a controlled access building–it is forbidden to let others in. You are in charge of thoroughly cleaning off equipment after use.
In addition to the group personal training (which is just $30/class if you want to do more, or a flat rate for the month), we offer personal training and app based programs. Please let us know if you are interested in any of those–we can review them at your complimentary group PT class.
Once you complete your membership application, your access card is available via our app (available on apple and android). BEEfit LLC is the name of the app, it has our logo on it. Your username and password are as you set them online. The app will require you to sign in and use your password. (Your username is the First LETTER of your first NAME, followed by your last name). Password reset/help available if needed.
