OUR BEEfit Training Studio!

BEEfit is a mix between classic bodybuilding, sports/functional fitness, mobility training, with a focus on goal specific nutrition. This means that movement patterns and form are focused on heavily with all strength motions and we program for building a balanced muscle system. 

We specialize in personal training and small group classes that follow a curriculum of movements. These classes can be modified greatly to enhance the experience of the individual. Our classes, when combined with the nutritional guidelines we give you, will help you BEEfit!
