Youth Training (ages 4-17)
We offer gym access to those under the age of 18. Youth under the age of 13 are expected to be with an adult guardian while in the gym or training with an authorized trainer.
For under 18 members, it is required for their guardian/parent to fill out our training waiver and for a waiver to be filled out by the youth. So two separate waivers–One by the adult with their email and contact information and another for the child with their own email and contact information. Link is below
Start your child off properly during their formative years! By age 7, a child establishes their nutritional and physical habits. Fitness and the supportive dietary guidance is what BEEfit specializes in. Our facility is designed by a former Preschool PE teacher and current all natural professional bodybuilder (Ryan Bee–owner/operator) to provide and emergent learning environment for your children while you train at BEEfit and when they are ready, provide them with the age appropriate guidance they need.
Accommodations can be made for you to bring in your child (with a nanny/babysitter even–with prior arrangement). We can also set up a personal training group around your youth–BUILD YOUR OWN YOUTH TRAINING GROUP and have one of our trainers guide them through an age and capability appropriate workout!
BEEfit offers specialized personal training and small group training for children and young adults from age 4 up to and through adulthood. Currently we are establishing groups in the age 10-17 range to join in our regular Personal Training groups Monday – Friday 6-7am and Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday nights 530-7pm.
BEEfit training studio provides age appropriate nutritional guidance and training programs for all, so no member of the family is left out! From womb to tomb, we have you covered! Let’s work together to expand your PLAYspan and build healthy, lifelong habits!
For teens we have our Teen Strength Team and most teens should be able to assimilate into our regular training course mentioned above.
Teen Program (Open Enrollment): (This is a variant of our small group personal training for Teens)
Our coaching, accountability, and guidance program features an open enrollment. This means that we are continually growing and welcoming in new members that are interested in progressing their bodies and minds. Our goal is to establish proper training systems that align with individual needs and goals. There is lots of misinformation and blatant PED abuse out there. BEEfit is committed to ALL NATURAL bodybuilding and sports performance. To succeed in this realm, we cultivate the principles of advanced sports nutrition and training. These principles we are constantly progressing with our clients and in our own training. WE PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH and we reap (and share) the rewards.
We teach how, why, and when to train and how various training principles produce various results when implemented properly. Utilizing an evidence based approach to fitness, steeped in principles, produces an understanding of training applications that young individuals can build upon for life. Empowering the youth with the right principles for strength training and the fortitude of delayed gratification are just some of the benefits to come from training with us at BEEfit.
This program is ideal for teen athletes interested in optomizing their performance and improving their phsyiques in terms of strength, agility, mobility, stamina, and injury prevention.
Not an athlete? The program (Strength, agility and nutrition) is still a great option. Being “athletic” is not at all necessary to gain the rewards of the program. The gym is a place where we work on our weaknesses, safely/progressively/wisely overcome failure repeatedly.
Mental and physical fitness are intertwined.
Let’s get going! You can always email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about the program and other BEEfit offerings.
