Spring Break Youth Strength Training Camp

It Isn’t to late to sign up!

Provide your youths with an opportunity to learn how to approach strength training properly!

Muscle is your body armor, protection from disease, and the more muscle you cultivate, the better you perform!

Performance is not limited to athletics and academics!

AGES: 8-18

LOCATION: BEEfit GYM 311 State St. Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284

-AM class is designed for new and younger lifters

-PM class is for teens and experienced lifters

End of class tabata stations are a HIIT!


Younger students: Ages 8-14

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 1130AM-1245PM. 4/3, 4/4, 4/6, 4/7 

Training Split: Lower body, Upper body 


Advanced Group (Advanced class is for teens and experienced lifters) Ages 13-18: 4/4, 4/ 5, 4/6 

4PM-515PM Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday at 4PM   

Training Split: Lower, Shoulders and Arms, Back and Chest

**$120 for either offering**
